How WebEngage works
You will have first have to integrate the WebEngage SDK on your website and mobile apps so that WebEngage can receive your user and events data. You then will need to configure the various channels of engagement on WebEngage to be able to message your users. WebEngage provides integrations with AWS, SendGrid, Mandrill, Twilio and other tools, so that you can use your existing service provider for Email and SMS.
