How Candu works
The basic implementation of Candu only requires you to install Javascript SDK via NPM. Then, start creating interactive product experiences, including user onboardings, account configuration pages, and product release content.
In order to dynamically render content for specific users or accounts, you will need to send each relevant user event and attribute to Candu.

Candu is both an integration and a cloud source for Segment.
With the Candu integration, your user data in Segment can be sent directly to Candu, enabling you to personalize your product experience for each persona, plan, and account.
As a cloud source, Candu automatically returns key events to Segment. This allows you to understand how a user’s interactions with Candu content drive downstream behaviors, such as feature adoption and renewal.
While it’s possible to set up tracking directly, using Segment allows you to leverage this work across applications—saving developer time, sweat, and tears.
