Integrating Close with Segment allows you to create and update Contacts and Leads. This keeps your data between the Close CRM and your other tools fully aligned. We use Destination Actions to integrate with Segment. This method lets you map any Segment call into a triggering Destination Action that Close prepared. You can create or update new Lead and Contact in Close.
