How 1Flow Analytics Works
1Flow works by targeting the right users at the right time with in-app messaging and surveys - while they interact with your product. You can collect product feedback, NPS surveys and gauge feature-level user satisfaction with 10x higher response rates when compared to email surveys. Its JavaScript or Mobile SDKs must be installed on any page or app where you want to reach out to users. The data collected automatically by 1Flow is great, but it does take some engineering effort to send user data from your databases into 1Flow using their APIs. With the Segment integration for 1Flow, you can associate specific survey responses with known users or customers and pass over specific details such as user ID, plan, signup date, lifetime value, and more.

Installing 1Flow with Segment as a cloud destination makes it easy to send user behavioral data you already collect into 1Flow. Simply add 1Flow as a destination in Segment and select the data sources you want to send to 1Flow. The user traits and events you have in Segment will start automatically appearing in your 1Flow dashboard, allowing you to create targeted user cohorts based on details like their name, plan, signup dates, etc. This means no extra development time is needed to get 1Flow up and running with user cohorts created from other data sources, allowing you to launch more targeted user messaging and surveys faster.
